In his role, Eric focuses on shaping the company’s strategic vision while overseeing the daily operations of the client services team. He is passionate about hiring and developing top talent, fostering collaboration, and driving exceptional results for clients.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, exploring national parks, hiking, investing, and finding hidden treasures on Facebook Marketplace.

With over 9 years of experience in marketing, Erica has dedicated 8 of those years aspiring to perfect paid search practices across a spectrum of industries including digital health, direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, education, and B2B. As a Senior Director of Search, Erica’s mission is to fuel dynamic conversations on SEM program expansion, push the boundaries on client strategy and foster an environment for employee development and innovation.

Melanie Scheer

Executive Director of People Operations

Melanie is a strategic People Operations professional who aligns hiring strategies with departmental needs, partnering closely with the CEO and VP of Client Growth to forecast talent requirements. She oversees the recruiting budget, manages candidate pipelines, conducts interviews, and fosters partnerships to support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Additionally, Melanie leads People Operations policies, ensures timely payroll distribution, guides performance reviews, and champions employee engagement and retention.

Previously, Melanie worked as a Recruiting Manager, where she supervised the recruiting team, made swift decisions, and led daily production meetings to ensure team success. In 2018, she was a top 10 recruiter at Aquent Talent, recognized for exceeding annual goals and receiving a national award.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three stepsons between the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin, where she enthusiastically supports their soccer, track, and marching band activities.

Isaac Uloko

Director of Measurement and Attribution

Isaac is a programmer who specializes in the most technical parts of digital marketing and web data analytics. Having worked with Google for more than 5 years in the domains of Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Tag Management, Implementation and troubleshooting. He has helped hundreds of advertisers meet their advertising goals and grow their businesses. As Director of Analytics and Attribution, Isaac does more than build out campaigns, he is obsessed with growing businesses of any size completely online. Find him on his Motorcycle or on the soccer field when he is not busy working.

Chris Elkins

Director of Search

Chris has more than 8 years of digital marketing experience, including more than 5 years of SEM experience in health and legal verticals. He has managed a team that provided SEM, Paid Social, SEO and Email Marketing services that increased customers by 15-25% annually for five consecutive years. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching almost any kind of sporting event and spending time with his family.

Chad Stewart

Director of Search

Chad is an experienced marketing professional with over 15 years in the field. Having worked in the healthcare, ecommerce, financial services, real estate, auto industries, and more, he provides a wealth of experience to his team. Chad and his team focus on results and maintaining impeccable quality in their work. With experience in both agency and in-house environments, Chad remains committed to driving client success through data-driven account strategy.

Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. Whether it’s creating music, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring the outdoors, he strives to embrace the richness of life beyond the digital realm.

Aaron Nelson

Associate Director of SEM

Over more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Aaron has demonstrated a unique passion for helping both businesses and people grow. His work prior to joining our agency included an extensive focus on paid search for eCommerce businesses and has received multiple awards, including two Google Agency Excellence Award nominations. He’s worked with everything from Shark Tank startups to billion-dollar franchises.

When Aaron isn’t working, he’s likely hiking, honing his Latin and swing dancing skills, painting, or setting up elaborate themed photoshoots with his growing family.

Isabella Yates

Associate Director of SEM

Isabella has worked in the digital marketing space for over 8 years, joining ADM over 3 years ago. She has agency-side SEM experience across several client industries including digital health, retail, and automotive.

Isabella applies her diligence and expertise to some of ADM’s largest client accounts and helps with training the broader SEM team at ADM. Her work across search and shopping contributed to ADM’s 2023 eHealthcare Leadership Award for the Best Search Engine Marketing Campaign category.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading comics, attending concerts, photography, trying new recipes, hiking, and being outdoors with her dog.

Victoria Sullivan

Senior Director of Paid Social

Victoria brings over 8 years of digital marketing expertise to her role as Senior Director of Paid Social at ADM. With a background in advertising for the health and wellness sector and extensive experience with franchises, she has successfully led local, national, and global campaigns across various objectives, including lead generation, purchase conversions, and brand awareness. As the head of ADM’s Paid Social team, Victoria is focused on driving innovation and growth within the department, ensuring clients achieve remarkable success through cutting-edge strategies.

Recognizing the creative nature of paid social, Victoria stays ahead of industry trends and best practices, allowing ADM’s clients to continually achieve outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys morning walks with her dog, Bo, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and unwinding on the tennis court.

Creative Strategist

Jen brings extensive experience to her role as ADM’s Creative Strategist. Prior, she served as a creative director at another performance marketing agency, offering a mix of client services, creative operations, and assistance on interdepartmental tasks. At ADM, she focuses on both client-facing and internal work, bringing her creativity and strong sense of design to everything she touches.

In her own time, Jen cherishes what she calls a “cozy nerd life”: plenty of reading, exploring Seattle for good food and drinks, and tending to her houseplant jungle.

Jason Spangler

Director of Media Strategy

Jason has more than 14 years of experience in Growth Marketing/Customer Acquisition roles across a variety of categories – from retail to health/fitness to real estate. Jason’s career has been focused on utilizing top-of-funnel campaigns to generate leads while also managing nurture campaigns to ensure down-funnel success.  He has worked hands-on for several advertisers across a variety of channels – Facebook, SEM, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon, Affiliate, TV, Radio, Print, etc.  Jason has found growth marketing success with strategies led by rapid, methodical testing.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about Philadelphia sports, and on Sundays in the Fall you can find him at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on the Eagles!

Joe Levinthal

Associate Director of Media Strategy

Joe Levinthal has more than a decade of agency experience under his belt, including experience with eCommerce, hospitals, universities, and other nice industries. He brings a keen focus on omni-channel marketing and consumer journey mapping to ADM’s media strategy client accounts. When he isn’t thinking about audience segments, he’s doing what he loves: attending live shows, trying out new recipes, eating his way through the city of Philadelphia, or spending summer afternoons with the Phillies.

Joe brings 10 years of digital marketing expertise across a variety of industries and verticals. Before joining ADM, Joe led paid media strategies for enterprise DTC brands—including some whose products you might lace up for a workout or find adorning your living room. Managing SEM, Paid Social, and marketplaces, Joe champions a full-funnel, holistic approach, leveraging thoughtful testing strategies to drive incremental growth and meaningful results for brands that enhance people’s everyday lives.

A proud Temple University graduate, Joe initially dreamed of becoming the next Jerry Maguire. But guidance from professor-slash-NFL-agent Chris Cabott helped him discover his passion for digital marketing—and Joe’s been calling the shots ever since.

Jake Meline

Jake Meline is the Associate Director of Sales Operations at Accelerated Digital Media, where he specializes in business development and marketing strategy. A Chicago native with over 4 years of experience, he oversees the sales process from beginning to end while focusing on organization and project management. Jake collaborates across teams to ensure that ADM partners with right-fit clients who will be benefit most from our agency’s range of services.

Prior to joining ADM, Jake earned his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. An avid sports fan, Jake closely follows the Chicago White Sox and other local sporting events.
