About this position

Accelerated Digital Media is a young, motivated, marketing company specializing in digital ad account management for a range of industries. We are looking for an SEM / PPC Account Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a client-facing, SEM Manager to handle full-funnel Search and Shopping strategies for our eCommerce clients. With the support of your direct manager, you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all PPC campaigns for a client base of VC-backed and growth-minded companies. This position is both technical and client-facing, so a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft ad platforms, as well as client management/relationship building, is a must.

Responsibilities

    • Analyze campaign performance and generate optimization strategy
    • Identify scope and scale for current programs
    • Onboard select new clients to the ADM team
    • Partner with a cross-functional team to ensure all client deliverables are on-time
    • Prioritize their workday in conjunction with Senior Account Manager needs and guidance
    • Proactively conduct competitive research to stay ahead of your client’s competition
    • Regularly generate and deliver reports to clients
    • Contribute to the creation and refinement of company processes and procedures

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
    • 1-3 years of in-platform Google Ads experience
    • Budget management >$15,000/mo
    • Agency experience is preferred

Senior Manager, Search

Overview

Accelerated Digital Media is a Performance Marketing agency for growth-minded D2C brands. We are looking for a client-facing, Senior Manager for our SEM team. This position will manage 2-4 direct reports and support full-funnel SEM strategies for our Digital Health and eCommerce clients.  With the support of our Director of Search and your team of Managers and Analysts, you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. This position is both technical and client-facing, so a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft ad platforms, as well as client management/relationship building, is needed.

Senior Manager, SEM Responsibilities:

    • Provide, along with support from the Director of Search, strategic guidance and troubleshooting as needed for all Managers’ Google, Microsoft, and Apple Search campaigns.
    • Have a presence on regular client calls positioning yourself as a thought leader in the SEM space.
    • Quality control of all core strategies and optimizations from managers and analysts (execution work of these tasks is also anticipated for the time being).
    • Support Analysts and Managers with budgeting and pacing.
    • Ensure the team is meeting KPIs and provide in-platform recommendations for optimizations and opportunities to scale programs.
    • Quality control of all necessary deliverables from Analysts and Managers to the client.
    • Escalate technical support to the Attribution and Analytics team.
    • Identify areas of expansion for our current client base and pitch alongside the Director of Search.
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the broader team during monthly account audits.
    • Attend monthly coaching and development sessions with our Senior team.

Requirements

    • Experience with complex Search and Shopping programs
    • General knowledge of digital marketing
    • The ability to set expectations, communicate expectations effectively to direct reports, and effectively manage individuals towards these goals

Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
    • 3+ years of Relevant Experience
    • Budget management >$15,000/mo
    • Agency experience is preferred

Senior Social Manager

Overview

Accelerated Digital Media is a Performance Marketing agency for growth-minded D2C brands. We are looking for a client-facing, Senior Social Manager to manage 2-4 direct reports and support full-funnel Paid Social strategies.  With the support of our Director of Social and your team of Managers and Analysts, you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all Paid Social campaigns. This position is both technical and client-facing, so a deep understanding of Facebook and other dominant Social Media ad platforms, as well as client management/relationship building, is a must.

As a Senior Manager, you will report to the Director of Paid Social. The Senior Manager will directly oversee 2-4 Managers. With the support of Analysts, the Managers will support 15-25 clients. The Senior Manager is expected to provide strategic guidance, ensure effective delivery of Managers’ work, and serve as a thought leader for our SEM team. 

The Senior SEM Manager is expected to be capable of driving strategy for sophisticated Paid Social programs at monthly budgets of >100K.

Senior Manager, Social Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic guidance and troubleshooting as needed for all Managers’ Paid Social campaigns and the creative assets needed for those campaigns
  • Execute creative audits and contribute key insights to the creative testing roadmap for priority clients
  • Have a presence on monthly and quarterly calls with 2-4 high-priority clients
  • Support Managers with budgeting and pacing 
  • Quality control all necessary deliverables from Manager to client
  • Support and quality control all new client onboarding
  • Escalate technical support to the Attribution and Analytics team
  • Own client success for the broader team
  • Attend monthly coaching and development sessions with our Senior team
  • Understand the financial goals of the team and position account assignments to accomplish these goals. 
  • Communicate with the Director of the Social Team on the pacing of team goals. 
  • Identify expansion opportunities for clients and communicate these to the Director of Social

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing monthly budgets >$50,000 per client within paid social platforms
  • Experience with complex Paid Social programs
  • General knowledge of digital marketing
  • The ability to set expectations, communicate expectations effectively to direct reports, and effectively manage individuals towards these goals

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

Paid Social Account Manager

  • Delegate to 1-3 Analysts to ensure effective delivery of client tasks
  • Quality control all campaigns and client-facing work executed by analysts
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate optimization strategy for Paid Social campaigns and the creative assets needed for those campaigns
  • Provide creative briefs to graphic designers and ensure delivery of ads 
  • Identify budget and track pacing for all clients
  • Alongside Analysts, implement core strategy
  • With the support of the Senior Manager, onboard new clients to the ADM team
  • Partner with cross-channel Managers to ensure all client deliverables are on-time
  • Prioritize your clients and workday with guidance from Senior Manager
  • Proactively conduct competitive research to stay ahead of your clients’ competition
  • Regularly generate and deliver reports to clients

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in data aggregation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of the Facebook ads platform
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 1-3 years of in-platform Facebook Ads experience
  • Budget management >$15,000/mo
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Paid Social Platform experience preferred (TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
  • Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing accordingly
