Marketing Manager

Ryan Black joined ADM as a Marketing Copywriter before ascending to Marketing Manager. The University of Pittsburgh graduate previously worked as a healthcare industry reporter, a healthcare technology copywriter, and an SEM specialist. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, daughter, and Australian Cattle Dog—though he’s a native Pennsylvanian who prefers hills and rivers to highways and beaches. When he isn’t writing crisp and effective copy, he’s probably at his local ice rink driving the Zamboni.

Claire Burwell

SEM Account Manager

Raised in Manhattan, New York, Claire is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. As an undergraduate, Claire received her Bachelor’s degree in political science and strategic management. Claire joined the ADM team as an Intern and returned a year later as a full-time SEM Account Analyst!

Meredith Eddy

Media Strategist

Meredith is an experienced Digital Media Strategist with over 5 years of expertise in driving both paid and organic digital marketing strategies. She has worked with B2B SaaS companies looking to drive revenue through full-funnel paid strategies and healthcare and tourism clients looking to make an impact locally in their communities. In her free time, she enjoys attending local events, taking on a new craft projects, relaxing with a video game, and planning travel with friends and family.

Chris Elkins

Associate Director of SEM

Chris has more than 8 years of digital marketing experience, including more than 5 years of SEM experience in health and legal verticals. He has managed a team that provided SEM, Paid Social, SEO and Email Marketing services that increased customers by 15-25% annually for five consecutive years. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching almost any kind of sporting event and spending time with his family.

Raven Jackson

SEM Account Manager

Raven is a seasoned SEM Account Manager with over 4 years of expertise. With a proven track record in digital marketing, she has successfully managed various campaign types, including YouTube, Shopping, and PMAX. Her diverse experience spans industries such as health and beauty, grocery, and government. Based out of Denver, Colorado, Raven leverages her extensive knowledge in driving digital search strategies for ADM.

In her free time, Raven frequents Renaissance festivals and fairs. She also loves to play TTRPGs, hike in the picturesque Colorado landscapes, and explore the local brewery scene. Raven brings a unique blend of digital marketing prowess and creativity to her team.

Mike Maggio

VP of Sales

Mike has over 15 years of experience in Sales Leadership and expertise in the marketing space.  Originally from Cincinnati, Mike spent 9 years in Chicago after graduating from the University of Notre Dame. Mike was one of the first 100 employees at Groupon, launching and growing many markets including Chicago, St. Louis and Oklahoma City.  Mike now resides in Marina Del Rey, CA with his wife, son, and Golden Retriever.  Mike comes to ADM with a vast knowledge of the Performance Marketing industry.

Erica Magnotto

Sr. Director of SEM

With over 9 years of experience in marketing, Erica has dedicated 8 of those years aspiring to perfect paid search practices across a spectrum of industries including digital health, direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, education, and B2B. As a Senior Director of Search, Erica’s mission is to fuel dynamic conversations on SEM program expansion, push the boundaries on client strategy and foster an environment for employee development and innovation.

Aryana Martinez

Paid Social Account Manager

Aryana is a seasoned digital marketing expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. Certified by Meta, she is a skilled media buyer and digital marketer, specializing in eCommerce brands. Aryana excels in scaling paid social strategies for optimal results. Aryana holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in fashion marketing. Outside of the office, Aryana is a devoted wife and mother of two boys. She and her family enjoy spending their free time camping, going on road trips, and she can also be found cheering on her kids at the baseball field. Aryana is also passionate about fitness and can often be found working out or unwinding with a good book.

A graduate of Loyola University, Jake received his Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Sports Management. After several internships in sports management, sales/marketing, and data, he joined ADM to lend his research skills and strategic mind to our marketing and sales efforts. Jake is an avid sports fan and loves to spend his time cheering on the Chicago White Sox.

Catherine Mulford-Lemus

SEM Account Manager

Cat has over 2 years of expertise across iconic retail brands. She is focused on building strong relationships with her clients and platform partners while providing detail-oriented campaign management. She is a proud graduate of Western Michigan University where she was first introduced to SEM and has since moved to Austin, Texas. In her free time, she can be found baking, dancing at concerts, experimenting with new pottery techniques, and traveling.

Eric began his career working with a large manufacturer of data center solutions where he spearheaded content and paid marketing on Amazon. Before joining ADM, he worked at Groupeconnect, an agency within Publicis Groupe, where he managed major strategic paid search initiatives for Bank of America. In his role as a VP of Client Growth, Eric leads the ADM Client team where he helps our clients reach their ambitious growth goals.

Melanie Scheer

Director of People Operations

Bringing over 8 years of experience in Recruiting and People Operations, Melanie joined ADM after leading the recruiting team at a global staffing agency. In her current role at ADM, she manages a wide range of responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing people operations. Beyond her professional commitments, Melanie balances her time between the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin, enjoys spending her time with her husband and three stepsons. She loves watching and enthusiastically cheering on her stepsons as they engage in activities such as soccer, track, and marching band.

Kasey is an experienced Paid Media and Analytics Specialist with years of expertise in creating and launching Paid Marketing and MarTech strategies for a diverse range of industries. In her career, she has focused on managing distinct and growth-driven campaigns for multiple clients to ensure lead gen and growth initiatives, while also leading a team with their client strategies and optimizations. She has been rewarded with robust KPIs, a happy team, and bustling growth! Iris Sheu

Senior Media Strategist

Born and raised in Taiwan, Iris has been immersed in digital marketing for 4+ years, directing paid media strategies for major retail clients like The North Face and Nike. With her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern, Iris brings hands-on expertise across paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, etc.), paid search, and programmatic. Outside of work, she enjoys Broadway musicals, playing Just Dance, and planning travel with friends and family.

Jason has more than 14 years of experience in Growth Marketing/Customer Acquisition roles across a variety of categories – from retail to health/fitness to real estate. Jason’s career has been focused on utilizing top-of-funnel campaigns to generate leads while also managing nurture campaigns to ensure down-funnel success.  He has worked hands-on for several advertisers across a variety of channels – Facebook, SEM, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon, Affiliate, TV, Radio, Print, etc.  Jason has found growth marketing success with strategies led by rapid, methodical testing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about Philadelphia sports, and on Sundays in the Fall you can find him at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on the Eagles!

Megan came to ADM already with 5 years of digital marketing experience in SEM, SEO, and CRO. In her previous roles, she increased online leads for clients in a wide array of industries, ranging from small eCommerce businesses to national franchise companies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé, Neil, and dog, Sully.

Jon is an experienced Senior Account Manager with over a decade of experience in performance marketing, specializing in paid search and paid social. Being from Michigan, Jon spent much of his career working on automotive accounts. Jon also led teams in various industries, including healthcare, law, and online gambling. Beyond the professional realm, he enjoys traveling, riding the bike trails at local parks, watching his favorite shows/movies, and jamming with friends on his vintage Ludwig drums.

Prior to joining the ADM team, she spent 5 years developing her skills as a paid social expert in the agency world, mastering the intricacies of digital advertising and client relations. Now, at ADM, she leads a team of passionate paid social experts, fostering an environment of continuous growth and innovation. Together, they are dedicated to surpassing client expectations and driving exceptional results in the ever-evolving landscape that is advertising on social media.

Isaac Uloko

Director of Measurement and Attribution

Isaac is a programmer who specializes in the most technical parts of digital marketing and web data analytics. Having worked with Google for more than 5 years in the domains of Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Tag Management, Implementation and troubleshooting. He has helped hundreds of advertisers meet their advertising goals and grow their businesses. As Director of Analytics and Attribution, Isaac does more than build out campaigns, he is obsessed with growing businesses of any size completely online. Find him on his Motorcycle or on the soccer field when he is not busy working.

Associate Director of Paid Social

Nicole is a paid social veteran of more than a decade. Prior to joining ADM, she led full-funnel social strategy and campaign management for some of the world’s largest CPG and DTC beauty brands. She brings a wealth of digital marketing experience and just a touch of client-side perspective to her daily work. In her free time, Nicole can be found reading, playing video games, or spending time with her family.

Paul has years of digital marketing experience in PPC on the Google eCommerce side. He has increased sales and efficiencies for clients in a number of different industries, ranging from small businesses in new markets to large firms with years of success. In his free time, he enjoys playing Golf, Snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Lauren has 5+ years of digital marketing experience focusing on paid media. She has worked closely with eCommerce clients looking to optimize their search and shopping approach to help generate qualified leads and customers. Lauren has a passion for creating strong customer relationships and collaborating with a team to enhance KPIs towards a client’s goal. In her free time, she enjoys painting, running, tending to her balcony garden, and traveling abroad whenever possible.

David White

David joined ADM after 6+ years of experience leading digital marketing strategies in the ecommerce, retail, and nonprofit industries. He is passionate about empowering and growing businesses with full-funnel marketing solutions, creative story telling, and data-driven decisions. Most recently, David worked at Camping World, where he spearheaded the rebuild and implementation of the Paid Search, Paid Social, and Multi-Media Strategy for the ecommerce and retail businesses. When David is out of the office, you can find him playing soccer, trying a new restaurant, or walking his bulldog Ruby.

Isabella Yates

Isabella came to ADM after 5 years in account management roles in digital marketing where she managed paid search and shopping ads for Fortune 500 retail clients. She now brings her expertise to the enterprise team, where she manages media for some of ADM’s largest clients. Isabella is a Chicago native and dog mom to Feta.
