Eric began his career working with a large manufacturer of data center solutions where he spearheaded content and paid marketing on Amazon. Before joining ADM, he worked at Groupeconnect, an agency within Publicis Groupe, where he managed major strategic paid search initiatives for Bank of America. In his role as a VP of Client Growth, Eric leads the ADM Client team where he helps our clients reach their ambitious growth goals.

Beyond her professional commitments, Melanie balances her time between the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin, enjoys spending her time with her husband and three stepsons. She loves watching and enthusiastically cheering on her stepsons as they engage in activities such as soccer, track, and marching band.

MC started her marketing career managing SEM eComm client accounts across Google, Microsoft and Amazon. After working at ADM cross-channel within the eComm space, MC spent a year working on an app to simplify the digital marketing process across Google and Meta for real estate agents. After a few years in Chicago, MC moved back to San Diego where she’s originally from. While she loved the city aspect of Chicago, she realized how dramatic she is about the winter. In her free time, she loves all things music – from concerts to music discovery – and enjoying time at the beach (without actually getting in the ocean). MC now leads ADM’s Data & Analytics Team. Isaac is a programmer who specializes in the most technical parts of digital marketing and web data analytics. Having worked with Google for more than 5 years in the domains of Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Tag Management, Implementation and troubleshooting. He has helped hundreds of advertisers meet their advertising goals and grow their businesses. As Director of Analytics and Attribution, Isaac does more than build out campaigns, he is obsessed with growing businesses of any size completely online. Find him on his Motorcycle or on the soccer field when he is not busy working.

Jason’s career has been focused on utilizing top-of-funnel campaigns to generate leads while also managing nurture campaigns to ensure down-funnel success. He has worked hands-on for several advertisers across a variety of channels – Facebook, SEM, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Amazon, Affiliate, TV, Radio, Print, etc. Jason has found growth marketing success with strategies led by rapid, methodical testing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about Philadelphia sports, and on Sundays in the Fall you can find him at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on the Eagles!

When Cass is not obsessing over SEM data and dashboards, she is soaking up the California sun with her 15 year old dog, crocheting handmade items to sell on her Etsy shop, practicing her Hindi, or traveling to a place like India for kachori.
