Job Summary: 

Accelerated Digital Media is a performance marketing agency for growth-minded healthcare and eCommerce brands. We are looking for a client-facing Media Strategist to provide paid search, programmatic, and paid social services to our clients. This position is a unique cross-channel role with significant client-facing responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, launch, optimize, and report on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and programmatic ad campaigns.
  • Formulate client strategies to achieve business priorities, marketing targets, performance goals, and KPIs.
  • Manage client communications through Slack, email, bi-weekly calls, and QBRs.
  • Utilize data, market research, and competitive trends to generate strategic insights.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and presentations for clients.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with service providers and data sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Identify necessary adjustments to strategy based on performance and industry changes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of agency or client-side experience in digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines.
  • Strong awareness of emerging digital trends.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize within the full Google Suite with a focus on paid search, shopping, and performance max campaigns
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords, and build effective campaigns.
  • Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and achieving KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEM Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
